The Positive Control Systems program has served the Troubled Youth Industry since 1994. Over the years, we have spent thousands of hours teaching these skills to both State and Private facilities and programs across the United States and Costa Rica. Our systems are taught in Wilderness programs, Residential treatment, Lock Down programs, Mental Health programs and more. Our systems work.
